Contractor Gorilla provides digital, marketing, technology, creative, consulting, and professional services to businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, website design and development, website hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising and pay-per-click (PPC) management, branding, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, automation, consulting, strategy, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

When Contractor Gorilla processes personal information solely on behalf of a client and according to that client’s instructions, the client may act as the business, controller, data owner, or other party responsible for determining how the information is used.
If your personal information was collected by or on behalf of one of our clients, requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the applicable client. Where required, Contractor Gorilla may assist clients in responding to appropriate privacy requests.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent us from sending transactional, service-related, account-related, legal, billing, security, or other non-promotional communications.

Contractor Gorilla does not currently sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration as part of our ordinary business practices and does not currently rent personal information.
