Our simple processes
are proven to
get results
Consultation
This first step is the most important. We will have a call to get a better understanding of your company, services, goals, and objectives for wanting a new website or site redesign.
Strategy
During the consultation call, we will discuss a strategy for your website and marketing. This will include defining the sitemap, your marketing goals, ROI targets and an overview of our services and our pricing.
Proposal
Now that we know all about your company, your goals, and the strategy we will implement, we will email you a formal proposal. We use an online signature software so you don’t have to worry about printing, signing and scanning the proposal. You can simply sign it on your phone or computer.
Kick Off
At this point, you have hired us, made your down payment and we are ready to get started. We will email you with a kick-off document that outlines what we need to get started and how to get it to us. The kick-off document has questions like general company information, business phone number, address etc. It also goes into more detail about your services, unique selling propositions and other areas of your business we will need to understand.
Design
Once we receive the kick-off document from you we will begin the design process. We always start with designing the homepage. Once the homepage design is ready we will email you the design concept to review and share your feedback. Once the homepage design is finalized we follow the same process for the remaining pages of the website. During the initial design phase we provide unlimited design concepts and revisions at no extra cost. We will continue making revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Build
During this phase we will build out your website and set up a staging link. A staging link is a testing website that gives you the ability to use the new website before it’s live. Once the build is ready we will send you the staging link to review your new website.
Content
The next step is to finalize any written content and images. This is done on the staging site so you can see how things are shaping up. You will send us any text and image edits you want us to make and we will update the staging site accordingly. Once all the content is completed your new site will be ready to go live. Keep in mind that even after we launch the new site live you can have us update content anytime, at no extra cost.
Launch
Once the site is exactly how you want it, we will launch the website live. When we launch your new website there will be limited down time and a smooth transition to your new website. If you hired us for marketing services, we will get started on your growth strategy after the new site is live.
Maintenance
We will maintain your website, core software, and server to ensure everything is always running properly. We will also take care of any content updates you need. For example; adding photos to your portfolio, swapping out text, updating content and publishing blog posts. When you need us to update content you can email it us and we will complete it the same day, if it’s a business day.
Consultation
We will have an initial call to get a better understanding of your company, current branding and new branding objectives. On the initial call we will discuss your logo and what your vision is for the new branding. The initial consultation will be a high-level discussion about your logo, we get into more details during the design brief call.
Proposal
Now that we know all about your company, and your branding objectives, we will email you a formal logo design proposal. We use an online signature software so you don’t have to worry about printing, signing and scanning the proposal. You can simply sign it on your phone or computer.
Design Brief
We will conduct an initial branding call with you to further understand what your branding and logo objectives are. This call will be between 30 minutes to an hour long and we will dive into the specifics for your company branding and logo design. After this call we will create a design brief and get the design team started on the initial logo concepts.
Design
During this phase of the process our team will be working hard to come up with the initial logo design concepts. We typically design 3 to 6 unique logos to get started. One the first logo concepts are ready we will email them to you for review. During the initial logo concept review, we will discuss what you like, and/or dislike about the logo concepts and if any of the concepts are worth fine-tuning. We will continue to revise and/or create new logo concepts until we have created the perfect branding for you.
Selection
Once we’ve nailed the logo and you’re over the moon about it, you will make your final section. We now start preparing the final logo package to be emailed to you.
Delivery
Now that you have an amazing new logo and branding, we will email you all the final logo files. This includes the original layered source files, and all other file formats for web and print use.
Consultation
This first step is the most important. We will conduct an initial call to dig into the details of your current SEO and rankings. We will talk about any pain points you have, previous SEO campaigns and what your goals are moving forward. After this initial call we will audit your site, research and plan a strategy for your search engine optimization.

We will present a formal proposal to you which breaks down the SEO strategy and what you can expect for results.
Audit
Once you’ve hired us the first thing we do is conduct a deeper audit of your website. This will include a technical audit, content audit, offsite audit, and local SEO audit.
Keyword Research
Keyword research is incredibly important. We need to understand how people search, what people search for, and how search engines use keywords to serve results within your market. Our keyword research will help us uncover what keywords we should target.
Onsite Optimization
Based on the technical audit, content audit and other findings we will begin to optimize the website for the keywords we are targeting. This includes things like meta titles & descriptions, XML sitemaps, H tags, page load speeds and much more.
Content & Social Media
You need a content strategy to successfully rank. We will create foundational content and authoritative content. This process includes writing, designing and publishing the content on your website and social media channels.
Link Building
We identify and contact publishers that align with your industry and keywords targets. We develop industry-related story ideas to pitch to publishers. We pitch these stories to blogs, news sites and other relevant media websites. Quality is our focus. No blog networks, link wheels, or other schemes. We only work with real, quality publications.
Monitoring
We will provide real-time campaign progress tracking in a shared spreadsheet and conduct a monthly call to review the results.
Assessment
We will check the effects of our SEO strategy and implementation and adjust our efforts based on the results. This is an ongoing process that evolves over time.
Consultation
During the initial consultation we take a deeper look into your paid ad strategy and goals. We will discuss your website or landing pages, your ideal customers, their geographic locations, and campaign strategy.
Proposal
After the initial consultation we will conduct a deeper dive into your advertising strategy. We will research keywords, competitiveness, and budgets. We will provide you with a formal proposal so you can understand what is needed and what the costs are to successfully run your advertising.
Kick Off

Campaign Build
Now that we have everything ready, we will begin building out the ad campaigns on Google. This includes campaign and ad groups, negative keywords, geographic targeting, ad copy, goal set up, call tracking and landing pages.
Launch
Once everything is built and ready to go we will launch the campaigns live and monitor them on a daily basis.
Campaign Management
We will continue to optimize the campaigns on a regular basis to improve performance and ROI. This includes, keywords, ad copy A/B testing, landing page optimization and other strategies. We will provide you with regular reports and conduct a monthly meeting to review the results of the campaigns.
